Should I get a real estate agent if I am looking for a rental?
Beth asked: I am interested in seeing several privately owned homes for rent that I have found through various real estate agencys, but I’m having trouble contacting all the different agents. Would I be able to get an agent myself to do the footwork? Is that even a good idea?
