and she is trying to become an agent in Real Estate in North Carolina. Will she have to seal her records in order to do it.

    Each state has specific laws related to felons. I suggest your friend consult an attorney licensed by the American Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association to determine his/her legal status on becoming a licensed real estate agent.
